LiDAR point cloud straight into the structural model

A capability that is still rare worldwide: the standing, deformed tower is captured by terrestrial and drone LiDAR, and that as-found geometry — bowed members, out-of-plumb legs, moved joints — is rebuilt as a Consteel / FE digital twin. Capacity and stability are verified on the real shape, with imperfections measured instead of assumed.

Lattice steel and structural mechanics do not change with the country. Wind, ice, geometry and joint behaviour follow the same physics on any continent — so the experience and judgment built on European corridors holds up wherever the line stands. Only the code annexes and client specifications change, and those are part of the scope.

Every model, report and site visit is handled by the engineer who signs it. No account manager translating your problem, no junior redoing it after handover. Questions get technical answers the same day.

Assessment is grounded in what the structure actually looks like: corrosion, deformation, bolt condition, foundation interface. Off-road and drone-supported access from sea level to mountain corridors.

Reports written to be defended — in front of a TSO's technical committee, an insurer, or a court. Traceable assumptions, referenced standards (EN 1993, EN 50341), reproducible models. ISO 9001:2015 certified.
